Greater Peoria Property Inspections

Greater Peoria Property Inspections is top notch. Denny, the owner was very responsive and accommodating to our site inspection needs. We’re out of state investors that were in need of a property inspector fairly quickly. Right from the start, Denny was up to the task and was available to meet our inspection contingency deadline. Denny is thorough, detailed and professional; he is very knowledgeable of the local Peoria market and was able to give us solid feedback soon after the property inspection which helps us make a quick decision. We really appreciate Denny’s advise and hand holding during the inspection process, it was a great help!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Denny. We are currently looking to purchase our first home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only was he punctual and prepared, his professionalism was wonderful. Denny was relatable, approachable and very personable to speak with. His work was extremely thorough and his details were meticulous. We felt that his report rang true to the house we have been renting and are looking to purchase. We highly recommend Denny to those looking for home inspections.

We had a great experience with Denny on a recent home inspection. He was professional and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the home purchase. We would certainly recommend him to anyone else getting a home inspection around the area.

This is my first time buying a house. And I have no idea what to expect. My realtor recommended Denny for inspection. After a “thorough” check on Google and BBB, I was absolutely impressed by all the nice comments people wrote about him and his work. My own experience working with Denny further confirms that he deserves all the compliments. He is patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He took time explaining all the details about house – not only things that need repair, but also improvements I can consider. The report came just a few hours after the inspection, nicely laid out with pictures (with dates) and explanations. Overall, I couldn’t be happier that my agent recommends Denny, and I highly recommend him for any home inspections!

This was my first home inspection and I am very glad I went with Denny Murphy. He was very thorough with the home inspection and easy to talk to. We walked together throughout the whole house, inside and out, and went over all the general maintenance that would be needed in owning a home. During the walk-through he was very open and detailed with any concerns or issues he found and he answered any questions I had promptly and clearly. Denny also did the radon testing which was helpful in not needing to set up and schedule multiple inspectors. The report was very detailed and had a lot of pictures which was very helpful in reviewing the recommended repairs. Denny was a joy to work with and I would definitely recommend him for home inspections.
